At the Danny Cleary Community Centre, the Liam Myers, Andrew Smith and Steve Yetman also tallied for the winners who got a 26-save performance from Mark Yetman. Robert Slaney and Sam Roberts countered for the CeeBees. A.J. Whiffen faced stopped 19 of 23 in a losing effort. Game 2 in the best-of-seven series is Friday night, 8 o'clock, at the Jack Byrne Arena in Torbay. The winner advances to the Herder Memorial Trophy Championship Series to take on the winner of the Central West Senior Hockey League's final between the Grand Falls-Windsor Cataracts and Clarenville Caribous.
