As preparations continue for its 50th season, the AESHL held its Annual General Meeting on Monday, October 17th at Jack Byrne Arena.
A number of housekeeping items were addressed, in addition to a review of the 2015/2016 season which saw the League end in a healthy financial and competitive position.
Elections were conducted for a number of vacant positions that became filled for two year terms, including:
Seamus O'Keefe - Treasurer
Chris Ryan - Vice President
Kenn Oliver - PR / Communications
Joe Maynard - Director At Large
The League looks forward to its season opener on October 22nd when the Tappers Northeast Eagles host the Bell Island Blues at the Jack Byrne Arena at 8:00pm
